My Pyramid Scheme series continues with this work on paper, Pyramid Scheme 35.

Subject Matter:

A single pyramid is enclosed in a transparent cube. As a smoky line cuts horizontally through these objects, we observe a discontinuity - was the paper folded? Perhaps half the image is underwater... What strange tricks is light playing on us? Maybe this piece is caught between dimensions...

The work is made on 80-lb. cream-colored acid-free paper. Materials used are charcoal and colored pencil. It is sprayed with a coat of fixative to prevent smudging, but careful handling is encouraged. The back is signed, dated, and titled. This item can be purchased as the artwork only, matted, or matted and framed. The mat is custom cut. The frame is an elegant, quality black wooden frame with clean lines (see photos). The glazing is non-glare acrylic. The back of the frame will be signed, dated, titled, and wired for hanging.
